These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2016.

This rule and rules 2, 3(a), 3(c) to 8, 10 to 16 and 18 come into force on 1st October 2016 and rules 3(b), 9 and 17 come into force on 6th April 2017.
