# The Patents (Amendment) Rules 1973, Introduction: Introductory text


PATENTS
Made 18th January 1973
Laid before Parliament 25th January 1973
Coming into Operation 15th February 1973
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(1) of the Patents Act 1949 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:—
