# The Patents (Amendment) Rules 1992, Article 11: Citation and commencement


In rule 93, there shall be substituted in each case for the words “the appropriate prescribed fee” in paragraph (1) and for the words “the appropriate fee” in paragraph (2), the words “the prescribed fee, if any”.
