# The Patents (Amendment) Rules 1992, Article 13: Citation and commencement


In paragraph (3) of rule 110—
(a) the reference to rule 85(1) and (7) shall be replaced by a reference to rule 85(1), (5A) and (7);
(b) the words “paragraph (6) below,” shall be omitted.
