Article 16 Citation and commencement

In rule 118 (transmittal and late payment fees), for paragraph (1) substitute–

“(1)

Subject to paragraph (3) below, payment of a prescribed transmittal fee referred to in rule 14.1 of the Regulations under the Patent Co-operation Treaty shall be made to the Patent Office as the competent receiving Office under the said Treaty.”.
