  "text": "In rule 45 (alteration of name), for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted—\n“(2) Where the comptroller has doubts about whether he should make the alteration to a name—\n(a) he shall inform the person making the request of the reason for his doubts; and\n(b) he may require that person to furnish proof in support of the request.”.",
