Article 12 Amendment of the Patents Rules 1995

(1)

Rule 46 (registrations under section 33) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (2) for the words from “such documentary” to “establish” there shall be substituted “documentation establishing”.

(3)

In paragraph (3) for the word “evidence” there shall be substituted “documentation”.
