  "text": "After rule 112 there shall be inserted—\n“Copies kept at the Patent Office\n112A. (1) This rule applies where an applicant is not required to file a copy of an application at the Patent Office because that application or a copy of that application is already kept at the Patent Office.\n(2) Where this rule applies the comptroller shall make a copy (or further copy) of that application and certify it accordingly.”.",
