Laid before Parliament 24th September 2004
Coming into force 1st January 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 123 of the Patents Act 1977, and having had regard to the matters specified by article 7 of the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988, hereby makes the following Rules—
