  "text": "In rule 82 (procedure where section 81(2)(b)(ii) applies), for paragraphs (3) and (4) there shall be substituted—\n“(3) Where a request has been transmitted under section 81(2)(b)(ii), the period prescribed for the purposes of sections 13(2), 15(10)(d) and 81(2)(c) shall be the period of four months starting on the date of the notification under paragraph (2).”.",
