  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Amendment) Rules 2005, and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.\n(2) In these Rules—\n“the 1995 Rules” means the Patents Rules 1995;\n“the Fees Rules” means the Patents (Fees) Rules 1998.\n(3) Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a numbered rule or Schedule is a reference to a rule of, or a Schedule to, the 1995 Rules.",
