# The Patents (Amendment) Rules 2005, Article 14: Patent Office opinions


(1) In rule 93(4)(a), after “document” there shall be inserted “(other than a document filed in connection with a request under section 74A)”.
(2) In rule 94(1), after “Patents Form” there shall be inserted “or a document filed in connection with a request under section 74A”.
