Article 15 Patent Office opinions

after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted—

“(1A)

The comptroller may remit the whole or part of the fee payable in respect of a request for an opinion under section 74A where he has refused the request.”; and

in paragraph (2), after “paragraph (1)(b)” there shall be inserted “or (1A)”, and after “applicant” there shall be inserted “or the requester of the opinion”.
