Article 28 Transitional provisions

(1)

Where the original restoration period expires before 1st October 2005, that period shall be the period prescribed for an application under section 28 for the restoration of the patent.

(2)

Where the original restoration period expires on or after 1st October 2005, the period prescribed for such an application shall be the new restoration period.
