# The Patents (Amendment) Rules 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 4th March 2007
Laid before Parliament 6th March 2007
Coming into force 1st April 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 123 of the Patents Act 1977:
