  "long_title": "This Order amends the Patents (Convention Countries) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/276) under powers conferred by sections 90(1) and 124(3) of the Patents Act 1977 to fulfil the international obligations of the United Kingdom as a member of the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Cape Verde became a member of the WTO on 23rd July 2008. This Order declares Cape Verde to be a convention country for the purposes of section 5 of the Patents Act 1977.",
