# Patents, Designs and Marks Act 1986, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In subsection (1) of section 19 of the Trade Marks Act 1938 (registration) after the word “registered”, in the second place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the words “, subject to section 39A(2) below,”.
