Article 3 Amendment of the Patents Rules 1995

After paragraph (2) of rule 4 (forms) there shall be inserted—

“(3)

A requirement under these Rules to use a form shall not apply if the comptroller, in directions made under section 124A^f1, directs that the information required may be presented in some other manner.”.
