  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct errors in S.I. 1987/610 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nPATENTS\nMade 24th April 1987\nLaid before Parliament 24th April 1987\nComing into force 27th April 1987\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 123(1), (2) and (3) of and paragraph 14 of Schedule 4 to the Patents Act 1977(a), after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971(b) and with the consent of the Treasury pursuant to subsection (4) of the said section 123, hereby makes the following Rules:",
