Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Rules)
The Patents (Fees) Rules 1987 contain two errors:
(i)
Rule 4 contains two references to 26th May 1986 which should be to 26th May 1987;
(ii)
the item corresponding to Patents Form No. 53/77 in Part A of the Schedule refers to Rule 100(3C) instead of Rule 110(3C).
These Rules correct those errors.
