# The Patents (Fees) (No. 2) Rules 1990, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Fees) (No. 2) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 7th January 1991.
(2) The Patents (Fees) Rules 1990 are hereby revoked.
