# The Patents (Fees) Rules 1987, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Fees) Rules 1987 and shall come into force as respects rules 1(1), 2 and 4 on 27th April 1987 and as respects rules 1(2) and 3 on 26th May 1987.
(2) Rules 1(2), 2, 3 and 4 of and the Schedule to the Patents (Fees) Rules 1986 and Rules 1(2)(c) and (3)(b) and 3 of and Schedule 2 to the Patents (Amendment) Rules 1987 are hereby revoked.
