  "text": "Where application is made, or by virtue of section 120(2) of the Patents Act 1977 is taken to have been made, on or after 27th April 1987 but before 26th May 1987 for renewal of a patent in respect of any year beginning on or after 26th May 1986, the fee payable on such application shall be that which would be payable if the application were made on or after 26th May 1986 and rules 1(2) and 3 above had come into force.",
