# The Patents (Fees) Rules 1989, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Fees) Rules 1989 and shall come into force as respects rules 1(1), 2 and 4 on 16th June 1989 and as respects rules 1(2) and 3 on 3rd July 1989.
(2) The Patents (Fees) Rules 1988 are hereby revoked.
