# The Patents (Fees) Rules 1991, Article 1


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Fees) Rules 1991 and shall come into force on 12th August 1991.
(2) The Patents (Fees) (No. 2) Rules 1990 are hereby revoked.
