# The Patents (Fees) Rules 2007, Article 3C: Excess pages fee


The fee specified in Schedule 1 in respect of a request for a substantive examination of an application under section 18(1) in accordance with rule 28 of the 2007 Rules shall increase by £13 for the 36th and each subsequent page of the description contained in the application.
