# The Patents (Fees) Rules 2007, Article 5: Additional fees for late renewal


(1) ... The additional fees prescribed for late payment under section 25(4) are specified in Part 2 of Schedule 2.
(2) Where payment is made before the end of the month indicated in the first column of that table, the fee to be paid is the amount specified in the second column.
