Article 116 Reports of cases

The comptroller shall from time to time publish reports of—

(a)

cases relating to patents, trade marks, registered designs and design right decided by him; and

(b)

cases relating to patents (whether under the Act or otherwise), trade marks, registered designs, copyright and design right decided by any court or body (whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere),

being cases which he considers to be generally useful or important.
