  "heading": "Registrations under section 33",
  "text": "(1) An application to register, or to give notice to the comptroller of, any transaction, instrument or event to which section 33 applies shall be made on Patents Form 21/77.\n(2) Unless the comptroller otherwise directs, an application under paragraph (1) above shall be accompanied by—\n(a) a certified copy of any document which establishes the transaction, instrument or event; or\n(b) a certified copy of such extracts from such document as suffice to establish the transaction, instrument or event.",
