Article 51 Entries relating to sections 8(1), 12(1) and 37(1)

On the reference to the comptroller of a question under section 8(1), 12(1) or 37(1), he shall, subject to rule 44(1), cause an entry to be made in the register of the fact and of such other information relating to the reference as he may think fit.
