Article 61 Application under section 46(1) for entry in the register

(1)

An application under section 46(1) shall be made on Patents Form 28/77.

(2)

Every entry made in the register consequent upon such an application shall be published in the Journal and in such other manner (if any) as the comptroller thinks necessary.
