  "text": "The Patent Office shall be deemed to be closed at the following hours for the transaction of business of the classes specified—\n(a) on weekdays other than Saturdays, at midnight for the filing of applications, forms and other documents, and at 4 pm for all other business; and\n(b) on Saturdays, at 1 pm for the filing of new applications for patents in respect of which no declaration for the purposes of section 5(2) or 127(4) is made.",
