# The Patents Rules 1995, Article 63: Application by proprietor under section 47(1) for cancellation of entry


An application under section 47(1) shall be—
(a) made on Patents Form 30/77;
(b) accompanied by fees to the amount of the balance of all renewal fees which would have been payable if the entry had not been made; and
(c) advertised by the comptroller in the Journal.
