Article 66 Procedure after cancellation of entry pursuant to section 47(3)

Where the comptroller cancels an entry in the register pursuant to section 47(3), he shall inform the proprietor of the patent who shall, within such period as the comptroller specifies, pay fees to the amount of the balance of all renewal fees which would have been payable if the entry had not been made.
