# The Patents Rules 2007, Article 112: Copies available to the comptroller


(1) This rule applies where an applicant is not required to file a copy of an application at the Patent Office because that application or a copy of that application is available to the comptroller.
(2) Where this rule applies the comptroller shall make a copy (or further copy) of that application and certify it accordingly.
