# The Patents Rules 2007, Paragraph 9: Continued application of Patents Rules 1968 to existing patents


(1) This paragraph and paragraph 10 apply to existing patents and applications.
(2) Rules 4, 58 and 59 of the Patents Rules 1968 continue to apply.
