# The Pathogens Access Appeal Commission (Procedure) Rules 2002, Introduction: Introductory text


PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM
Made 16th July 2002
Coming into force 23rd July 2002
Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament,
Now, therefore, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (and having had regard to the matters specified in paragraph 5(2)), hereby makes the following Rules:
