Regulation 3 Appointment of chairman and deputy chairman
(1)
The members may appoint
(a)
one of their number to be chairman; and
(b)
one or two of their number, other than the chairman, to be deputy chairman,
for such period as they may determine on making the appointment.
(2)
A chairman may at any time resign from that office by giving notice to the members and to the Commission.
(3)
A deputy chairman may at any time resign from that office by giving notice to the members.
