Article 3 Notice of appeal

A notice of appeal shall state the grounds of the appeal and shall be in Form 1 of the Appendix.

The appellant shall lodge with the registrar, together with the notice of appeal or within fourteen days after the date of the notice of appeal, copies of all documents on which he relies other than documents which or copies of which have already been lodged with or are otherwise in the custody of the registrar.
