# Patronage (Appeals) Rules 1988, Article 9: Inspection of documents held by registrar


Any party shall be entitled on reasonable notice to inspect and take extracts from and copies of any document (including a copy of a document) which is relevant to the appeal and has been lodged with or is otherwise in the custody of the registrar.
