  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patronage (Benefices) Rules 1987.\n(2) Rules 1 to 10, 14, 15 and this rule shall come into force on 1st October 1987 and rules 11 to 13 and 16 shall come into force on 1st January 1989.",
