# The Payment Services (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Payment Services (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 30th October 2024.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
