# The Payment Services Regulations 2017, Regulation 121: FCA's exemption from liability in damages

The functions of the FCA under these Regulations are to be treated for the purposes of paragraph 25 (exemption from liability in damages) of Part 4 of Schedule 1ZA to the 2000 Act as functions conferred on the FCA under that Act.
