# The Payment Services Regulations 2017, Regulation 149: Saving of Payment Services Regulations 2009


Notwithstanding the revocation of the Payment Services Regulations 2009 by regulation 157 (revocations), those Regulations continue to apply in relation to services provided before 13th January 2018.
