# The Payment Services Regulations 2017, Paragraph 4: Insolvency regulations


Section 235 of the Banking Act 2009 (regulations: procedure) applies as if—
(a) references to investment bank insolvency regulations were to payment institution insolvency regulations; and
(b) subsections (4), (5) and (6) were omitted.
