# The Payment Services Regulations 2017, Paragraph 16: Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) Order 2014


In article 2(b) of the Financial Services Act 2012 (Relevant Functions in relation to Complaints Scheme) Order 2014 (relevant functions of the FCA) —
(a) for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”; and
(b) for “regulation 93” substitute “ regulation 120 ”.
