# The Payment Services Regulations 2017, Paragraph 24: Small and Medium Sized Business (Finance Platforms) Regulations 2015


In regulation 14 of the Small and Medium Sized Business (Finance Platforms) Regulations 2015 (extension of the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Scheme to designated finance platforms) , in paragraph (1)(a), (d) and (e) for “2009” substitute “ 2017 ”.
