# Payments to Redundant Churches Fund Order 1979, Article 2

The maximum amount of the payments which may be made to the Redundant Churches Fund towards the said £1,450,000 under Section 52(1)(a) of the said Measure out of the one-third of the net proceeds of sale and premiums shall be £483,000.
