# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 1996, Article 2


The amount of the payments which may be made to the said Trust under section 52(1)(a) of the said Measure out of the one-third of the net proceeds of sale and premiums shall not exceed £1,300,000 and such payments shall be applied towards the £3,189,000 referred to in paragraph 1.
