# The Payments to the Churches Conservation Trust Order 1996, Article 3


Subject to paragraph 4 hereof, the balance of the said amount of £3,189,000 shall be paid by way of grants made to the said Trust by the Church Commissioners under section 44(10) of the said Measure out of their General Fund.
